Your staff are outstanding. Every member of staff we had contact with was charming, helpful and really kind.Your location is special, too
We eat in The Pub and had good food. We decided not to eat in the main restaurant, because, on looking at the menu, we thought the selection looked dull.
We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, from the minute we entered the reception area there was a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, service is outstanding.
The courtesy and friendliness of all the staff. The location itself was very peaceful and the views were superb.
At breakfast fried eggs were not cooked to order! No doubt this could be due to staff shortage in kitchen. Not a complaint... just an observation!
From the moment we arrived until the moment we left the staff could not do enough for us, everything was perfect the only fault we had was we had to leave, definatly a heaven on earth, we will be returning again.
The room was very comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly yet professional. The dinner was excellent - a very creative menu and all dishes were cooked and presented perfectly.
We were very disappointed with the leisure centre and spa facilities. We felt that the leisure centre was dirty - tiles in and around pool and in the steam-room were dirty. Many of the jets in the pool were broken. My husband and I both felt our massages were rushed, we didn't get a choice of oils and the oils were not heated. The relaxation area is not very comfortable - very noisy and fruit/drinks provided were not fresh.
everything - perfect view on the beach - lovely pool
A few staff members were particuarly nice and helpful.
This hotel promotes itself as a relaxing spa resort. it was anything but. dinner at the hotel was poor and overpriced and children were allowed to run wild around the restaurant. the restaurant manager for breakfast was downright rude and all in all i found the price was far in excess of what was reasonable. this hotel doesnt really know what it is or what its market is, in my opinon, it is not a quiet relaxing spot by any means.
very friendly staff beautiful surroundings food and pool great
The location is superb. Its the extra touches that separate the good from the exceptional. What I found exceptional in the Inchydoney was the quality of the common areas, especially the art. The decor of the rooms themselves. Nespresso coffee. The choice at breakfast and food generally excellent. The reading/chill-out room inspired. The staff generally were all very helpful and nice.
The breakfast room while lovely is not purpose designed for large numbers in high season, it was hard to access the buffet and it was too warm. Would you consider swapping the large reading room with the smaller breakfast room? The bedroom was smaller than the term 'deluxe' indicates,.. Also very warm with no air conditioning. When the window was opened for air unfortunately it was too noisy (adjacent apartments and delivery trucks) which was disappointing as I did specify a quiet room. The bar area was too small for level of demand in the evening and far too 'family friendly'. This is because the main restaurant is too pricey. It was also hard to access the internet - there should be more than one connection in the hotel
The view from the bedroom was beautiful, the quiet relaxing room with the fire where one could read etc.
no, just quite expensive for 3 nights, most hotels would offer a free meal for 1 of the nights at the rate we got.
We did like the location and the staff were generally very helpful and pleasant
It was our honeymoon so we did expect it to be very plush and quite special. However, we found the breakfast quite poor, waitresses quite inattentive, and the spa needs to be retiled and some of the things that were not working need to be fixed.
food excellent. loved the added touches like the homemade sweets and weather forecast every night. The fresh fruit and water supplied
thought lighting in bed rooms a bit dark and lack of communication between staff at breakfast meant requests either forgotten or given when not needed
The staff are first class, friendly, efficient & helpful.
Decor & finish in bedroom a bit shabby, slightly disappointed.
I loved everything we were treated like royalty, the treatments were fantastic and the room amazing, food great, generally one of the best stays in a hotel I have ever had
on arrival we were meet with the friendlist most helpful Receptionist. Everything explained about hotel and its services. Our room was beautiful and the views, unbelievable!! Spa and pool were delightful.. A Very Big Thank You to All at Inchydoney!
